Dede Westbrook signed for the Minnesota Vikings
This year’s expectations for the Minnesota Vikings have been met, as they made a deal with Dede Westbrook. The former Jaguar receiver has signed a contract with the Vikings. Although the terms of the contract have not yet been published, it is assumed that the wishes of both parties have been fulfilled.
According to the NFL Network headlines, it was already clear on Friday that something was going on as all indications were that the club would bring Dede Westbrook to training on Saturday. The signing of the contract is the result of a match that Dede showed in week 7 during last season. He attended C. H. Yoe High School where he played football for Yoemen. He started his football career while still in college where he played for Oklahoma.
In 2017 Dede was selected during the fourth round of the draft. Over four seasons, he played 40 matches for Jacksonville, of which 31 seasons were in the second and third seasons. Injuries affected his beginnings a lot which limited him to show how much he really can.
The Minnesota Vikings will have the opportunity to return to the old paths of glory. Dede Westbrook will have the opportunity to play with Adam Thielen and Justin Jefferson. If he plays well at camp there is a good chance he will return to the NFL at the big door soon.
