Boxing is a failed business
UFC President Dana White can’t miss the opportunity to criticize box as a sport. He always tries to point out that MMA is the fastest-growing martial art that takes precedence when it comes to global popularity. He did the same thing recently.
Every time when he asks himself to make something around the box, he doesn’t know what to do. Basically, he doesn’t see the reason to get inside the nightmare of this sport. Dana White talks about this subject on the Blockasset's BLOCK Party, and additionally hit on the box:
For him, this is a failed business, and an attempt to fix the situation is something that is failing more and more every day and is actually an absolute nightmare. This is the main reason why he didn’t do anything with Zuffa Boxing nor does he has in a plan to do it in the future.
