In a dramatic match, Bosnia and Herzegovina beat Doncic's Slovenia

In the dramatic match of the third round in group B on EuroBasket, BiH beat current European Champions Slovenia. The final result in this match was 97:93. 

The BiH team played a fantastic match against the current European champions and was not afraid of Luka Doncic and Goran Dragic. Slovenia won the first quarter 32:26, but the BiH basketball players played a great second quarter and won 23:20. Bosnia and Herzegovina played better in the third period of the game and won 23:21 in those ten minutes. In the tense and dramatic fourth quarter, BiH did not give up and created a sensation against the big favorite for the gold.

The naturalized American John Roberson was the most efficient player of BiH with 23 points, Musa scored 22, and Halilovic scored 13. Nurkic scored 12 points with nine rebounds, and Atic had 12 points and six rebounds. Cancar was the best in Slovenia with 22 points, while Dragic scored 20 and Doncic 18 points with eight rebounds and eight assists.
