New Jose Mourinho, but on the rugby field

Many believe that Eddie Jones is as much of a tactical genius as he was in his playing days. His ability to get out of the darkest scenarios is incredible. We can say that Eddie Jones is the Jose Mourinho of rugby.

He has every aspect of the game covered, just like Jose has. And regardless of whether he loses or wins, he has the respect of the people who work with and around the team. Since he came to the bench of the England rugby team, he has used more than 180 players. He worked with many young players, and many of them become the best players of today. For England, we can’t say that they are in the good form now, and they have a lot of struggles.

But Eddie always finds a way how to motivate them. Basically, sometimes he needs only say a word, and that is enough for them to start to play. For sure in the future, he will need to improve his team, and probably bring in young players who want to prove themselves. But one thing is clear, no one can’t say that he isn’t a good coach.
