Which player had the fewest mistakes in MLB

Darren Lewis is known as the National League record holder without a lot of mistakes, furthermore, he has had an additional twenty-three games without a mistake of 392 since the series was interrupted by Nick Markakis. Darren is a former professional baseball player who has played in the center field in MLB position for several major clubs.

The list of clubs where Darren has written history includes the Chicago Cubs, Boston Red Sox, Los Angeles Dodgers, Chicago White Sox, Cincinnati Reds, San Francisco Giants, and Oakland Athletics. He played his last season in the Cubs in 2002 after which he was traded to the Pittsburgh Pirates in the summer of 2002.

Despite playing for several clubs Darren is best remembered for his seasons with the Red Sox and Giants. Dusty Baker who led the Giants at the time was so thrilled with Darren that he decided to name his son after him.

During his 13-year career, Darren became known as one of the best base stealers of the 90s. In 1994 he won the NL Gold Glove Award and made post-season appearances with the Reds in 1995, 1998, and 1999. The year that will be most remembered is 1993 when the 17th of June while playing for San Francisco set a first league record by playing his 243rd consecutive game without any mistake. Darren is a true legend who will be hard to beat.
