Gavaskar commenting India's T20 defeat
Former India's skipper Sunil Gavaskar has expressed his feelings about the 10-wicket loss against Pakistan, where India really needed to up their game. He told that they needed to gather themselves for the upcoming fixtures they are about to face, adding that the last game was 'absolute hammering'.
Sunil really didn't hold back when he talked about the heavy loss in the ongoing T20 World Cup this season in Dubai. Pakistan dominated the match from the very start and they chased the target and they ended with 13 balls to spare.
This defeat didn't sit well with Gavaskar and he said that the defeat was complete hammering. However, despite this loss, the tournament just began and India had to gather themselves and prepare for the upcoming fixtures they are just about to have.
Pakistan restricted India to 151/7 in their 20 overs, attacking them with all they got. Shaheen Afridi claimed the three wickets which included KL Rahul, Rohit Sharma, and Virat Kohli, dismantling the top order.
